There are things that really need to be in your credit profile in order to be desired by the banks to give out more credit.

The key is being able to balance the lifestyle creep with the desire to become financially independent sooner.  

I plan for HQ to remain in PA for now, but in the future I desire to expand to a national level and meet great investors with great experience to build relationships with and expand!

I met with a local investor who was taking advantage of this trend and the super low vancancy rates in Victoria: she and team had just built a 20-unit apartment in Langford: her team designed it with the needs and desires of retirees in mind and it was a huge hit, with it being nearly all rented out when I toured it (and it was still under construction!).
