I have Adobe Illustrator & Indesign, Im a graphic designer now of 16 yrs... but using those programs for floor plans is very time consuming.  

One of our agents has a client that had that issue previously on a deal and now he never wires money without confirming via phone with the attorney/holder of the EMD. 

.- cancel the deal and walk away and get your deposit back, but first, confirm the language in the contract.As a buyer, you don't really want to challenge the appraisal because it's in your best financial interests now that it appraises low.

@Steven Graber from a numbers perspective, just make sure you're confirming your expense percentages with your market.

All you need to do to confirm that is to go see what happened over the last 4 days in the stock market to REITs.  

Your property should have a theme or design that makes people choose it from the crowd.

Simply confirming what @Hamid Sedaghat & @Stephanie P. have already touched on. 

It's also against the law (State law defines fiduciary duties, at least Wisconsin does), not to speak of unethical and the agent might loose NAR memebership and the Realtor designation.
