I would say my main concern with Invelo is that I believe once I upgrade to the paid plan that I can only add tags to the total prospect where in ReiSift I have the abiltiy to tag prospect phone #'s (wrong # tags) and other individual stats per record. 

Having a solid intuition is valuable, but it should never be relied upon without first doing comprehensive data analysis.

Heck, have him send you $50k for his half of that dream $100k vacation you plan to take next year.

I plan on doing the same deal again with the next owner-occupant loan.

We are preparing our house to turn it into a long term rental unit and plan to house hack a duplex or fourplex (along with our 4 kids 😜).

Would including a floor plan enhance its marketability?
