Do you think an apartment complex reaches out to try and understand everyone's issues? 

The violence and disability/language barrier has made this a more complex issue than I think I can figure out on my own.

I was going through the data, and I found that "owner 1 label name" "owner 1 first name/last name"  Some of these fields were empty, or it looked like, they were backwards.  

Everything from copies of leases from other local properties, to price listings at area apartment complexes, to listings for other units in 2-4 unit buildings within blocks of the property in question.

It pull data on the owner and imports data from the CSV files in a better way so that I can just add the phone # of the seller in while I'm on the phone with them. 

I am having trouble finding properties that will rent out for more than the combined loan payments, plus maintenance, taxes, etc.I am only interested in houses, RV parks, mobile home parks, apartment complexes, and hotels.
