Your PM took it upon themselves to shaft you for their benefit.For the time being your first step is to give notice to your PM terminating their contract.

I know that some of the replies here will be common expenses and others will be not so common.

However, when I reached out to my original PM about this, I was told that I'd have to give 60-days written notice.

Kyle, it's not a rocket science, just common sense accounting practices. 

I never spell things out, as you might have noticed.

So i got a court notice yesterday from the county regarding a "criminal" offense that could result in jail time.

The people who live there however, did not appear to notice. 

I thought this would be common sense,  but I guess notIf they get off scott free, by lieing to me, and not have any consequences for their actions, it reinforces their behavior.I feel like I will write a letter, indicating the cause of the fire, confirm with them the electrical is fine.

@Abel Rodriguez, if $25k is common for the area (or at least not unheard of), just how rough is the neighborhood?
