It all depends on entry price and repairs.House-Hack Ideas SFR: One could rent out rooms, basements, turn non-functional rooms (ie dining) into additional rooms and rent to roommates per door (more common with student housing).

There are 2 parts that need to be ordered and he informed me they will take 3 days to come in since they don't have any on hand (it's winter so they must be low on stock).I provided the tenant with space heaters and they said they temperature was comfortable.
