Hey @Brandon Gale, were they informed of the non-functioning fireplace before the booked?

They are older, with no amenities, have high deferred maintenance, functional obsolescence, and the tenant base can be very challenging and very management intensive.

I also greatly enjoy taking a forgotten house and making it not only livable again but also more modern and functional.
