Any vacancy you won't be an issue then. 

Down the road you could leave the team to be an independent agent with the brokerage, but many successful agents started their careers in entry level team positions.I'm very happy with the brokerage I'm with, many love KW, Remax, or their small local independent office.

Even though it is possible to achieve ratios in the 30's, if you plan to be an out of state owner who's not actively engaged in the park, you should definitely use a ratio in the 40's for your underwriting purposes. 

I've never seen that disclosure of 'agent interest' to be an issue at all.
