Find an insured moving company that will box up everything and store it for a while. 

I fail to see how you're going to know the complete picture of a companies business structure, maybe they'll show you their books?

I have a personal loan with a very big branded credit card company  with whom i have borrowed 4 times (each time about 30000 USD)and paid backWill this affect my ability to buy a primary residence if I have a  recent loan of 25000 USD with this credit card company?

I also was reading that there are unrecorded liens that title companies do not research, how would I research these unrecorded liens? 

So, I am co-owner of an STR management company in Tampa, FL. 

I know the horror stories are always get the most traction but I am personally not confident that ABB is a company I want to do business with. 

We're looking to branch out to the Maine seacoast, but the rental management company we are working with says you're lucky to get 8 weeks in high summer and then hope to rent monthly (at a much lower price) over the winter.

This has a lot to do with the proximity of the hospitals along with the some of the big companies headquartered downtown.
