I thought it would be great for a smoke shop - but don't think the HOA would like that!

So many of these arguments sound good but they're just putting up some smoke and mirrors if you take a closer look. 

lots of sensationalization here... human life is not priceless... look at the death tolls this year... far more deaths from traffic accidents, alcohol and smoking... why are we not banning cars, sigs and alcohols.

And enforce no smoking.
