the chance of a foreigner getting sued is pretty slim.. they may get named but pretty difficult to chase them to other countries.. it would be prohibitive in costs.that is one of the reasons foreigners have such a hard time borrowing money in the states the banks know they are in reality simply equity based.

For example Chase bank will reduce their interest rate to 4% on all of their credit cards even on new debt, which is a better rate than most mortgages.

The amount of private capital on the sidelines around the world that is waiting to get exposure in the crypto market is enormous.Last but not least, as investors chase yield, the amount of options available in the market is becoming less and less, and one would be required to enter crypto sooner or later.

So, to cut to the chase, you can make money (through W-2 income, not in the traditional passive income fashion that is associated with most RE) if it's a business expense.  

I am not just chasing the cashflow.... my strategy is more a lifestyle choice.

I asked a lot of one and energy chasing after distressed deals until I Created much better options!   

You can certainly move 45-60 minutes (or even further) away from Boston, but the further you move away to chase cash flows the more market risk you take.
