Also, I see you're in ATL, I've been longing to move to ATL since I was in high school visiting there on college trips, and until this day the vibrancy and opportunities continue to grow!

I've done 2-day long trips to check these things.

I did a road trip in it for 6 months where I traveled from Georgia and zig-zagged my way up to Oregon and then zig-zagged back to Georgia to sell my investment.

I will mention that the front unit is only a one bedroom cottage - it is a large one bedroom with a ton of character and some desirable features so while I do think we can get more for it, I'm not sure we could cover our costs with that unit alone.  

Keep in mind you will be talking to your PM company at least once a week so that can help alleviate unnecessary trips to the property.
