Hey Jerryll,  First I'll tell you I'm no expert, but I've been considering some of the same deals in my area, and for me they may not be the best way into the market, for a few of the following reasons:  1) 'Historic home,' at least in Milwaukee, WI, doesn't seem to mean a whole lot.
