Wanted to share with everyone the home that my Co has built that beats the code in energy efficiency by 62%.It's 13,000 sq ft (not including 4 car garage).The average winter temp inside of the home is 75 degrees from 6 am till 11p and 72 degrees at night.In the summer interior temp is 74 degrees with humidity of 30%.Average monthly heating, cooling and electric bill is under $200

I checked google maps and they happened to have a recent satellite image with her car in the driveway.   

I too use GEICO as my car insurance and thought years ago to try and consolidate my bills by being my homeowners to GEICO.

You want to give it a cursory glance (are the neighbors cars on bricks, etc). 

I gather you don't own or drive a car?

Amd they're not a big deal... uh, when you're paying to repave your neighbor's driveway every 2 years, or you find out you aren't allowed to park cars within 30 feet of the lot next door, but that's where the driveway is and now you can't offer parking to your tenants,  or maybe you lose 10 feet of your setback because you can't see all encroachments with your naked eye and now you can't develop the lot in the future without an expensive variance pricess. 

I listen to BP podcasts all day in my car, so much that I cancelled my Sirius subscription.

Get in my car and go look at both the subject property and the sales comps I selected in step 2.

They will resent missing a few vacations or driving their car an extra 50,000 miles because you are trying to get the down payment for that next property if they don't share your vision and priorities.  

It's a bit like asking how much is a car?
