Additionally, when talking "Cash on Cash" and Cap Rates with other investors, is it typically assumed that a Cash analysis on Cash includes the types of expenses I list below?

Like many have said, It all depends on the type of investment you are wanting to purchase.

If you need basic numbers to run off of you might be able to some local contractors to give you a rom estimate for specific types of work.
