Spend half a $ million on a place and then not bother to go to WalMart and buy a $150 set of pots and pans.  

If it really bothers you, then try meditation, or other relaxing things, like getting fresh air at a park, to help get it off your mind.

If you are being bothered by a roommate playing loud music or keeping you up at night it can cost you a lot more then the savings. 

Financers and loan companies will not bother with you at all (I think) if you have bad credit. 

This would bother me as a tenant, so you should talk to R2 about the fridge space.4.

If this doesn't apply to you as an honest wholesaler, it shouldn't bother you.

I don't bother getting involved in the arguement for the flip projects.In Michigan, you can only contest your taxes during the March Board of Review.

Note, there is little incentive for them to bother with the short sale.  

Such as, less wear and tear than with regular tenants, you take care of all MINOR maintenance and repair ( up to a specific dollar amount that you choose) so they aren't bothered with it, professional cleanings every week, etc.
