It may be as simple as changing the name to "Classifieds" , and have a few categories (Have and Want) , and run ads for a set number of days (30) to keep it clean.

There are national players in some categories of home repair that do an *adequate* (but not a great) job in their specialty, but they cost a lot more than the local guys.

I have a question though, how do you find people in these categories?

I knw I should know hw many rehabs but I'm on vacation dang it. 2 of the rehabs were a partnering arrangement others in the business approached me on. 2013I will add Internet marketing to the 2 categories I currently direct mail to.

If your incentive or bonus is say 50% or so of your rent, it may sound far better than just offering half off.
