The VA loan is a good tool that with cooperation and coordination can be itilized to acquire land.What I know thus far is that veterans can combine the gaurantee to lessen the financial burden -some parta of the country the Bonus entitlemwnt can surpass 1 million.- unlike the the certain gov't gaurantee programs there isn't a minimum time limit to reside in thw property purchased using the VA Loan/ gaurantee.I've confirmed thison numerous occasions with VA reps from the regionaln office in Cleveland that serves the north east united states.

I knw I should know hw many rehabs but I'm on vacation dang it. 2 of the rehabs were a partnering arrangement others in the business approached me on. 2013I will add Internet marketing to the 2 categories I currently direct mail to.
