Vernon/Seton Hill area is well on it's way to being gentrified, good rents for relatively cheap houses.If you look at a map of Baltimore and imagine a butterfly on top of the map, you want to live in the body and stay away from the wings.

I'm not sure that it will have a direct effect on the value of your property since commercial property is all about how much income the individual property is producing.  

I've heard so many times to work with a top producing agent.

Spouses tend to shut up when you actually produce a check from your efforts.  

I would find successful business that are producing in todays market.
