Sounds like there was minimal impact on rent $.

There were existing utilities on the site, so we did not have to pay an "impact fee" for for the connection, however we did have to upgrade to meet current codes.  

I am carefully watching the near west and near northwest side right now to see how the King Common Initiative, Riverside Park Project, and Waterside Project are going to impact those neighborhoods.

The tax appraiser website shows my brothers and I as somehow being responsible for the property - but I cant figure out to what extent, since the bank has barred us from the property.If this property gets foreclosed on, what kind of impact could it have on my ability to purchase investment properties?
