I have a guy in my area that will pay me up to $1,000 per short sale lead, I have to get their basic information, which requires meeting with them mostly, bank contact and balance owed, etc., and he won't deal with war zone areas or condos.

The direct subway stations areas haven"t changed much but the city has put forward a plan to stimulate construction of some 900 units at one of the stations, and the other one has about 700 units wich will be developped next yearNow the city is starting to build a new City of Knowledge" wich is basically going to be University campuses and Education facilities for a few blocks, and all that is beeing built about 500 meters from my building.

I think what you really want to pay attention to in California is to look into the decedents will to see if there is a provision included which directs that the estate be administered under the "Independent Administration of Estates Act" otherwise known as >CA Probate Code 9640<.I have talked to attorneys about this, and basically it allows the PR to have an independent administration of the estate which basically means NO court supervision...
