I'm splitting the cost with the neighbor.)Interior: Tile the hallway/kitchen/bathrooms, put in basic stove/fridge (nothing more), install new drywall in the kitchen/dining room, and apply fresh paint.I want to do a bit more such as replacing the cabinet doors (I'd go with flat-panels), replacing light fixtures in the dining room, and putting in faux wood blinds.

This makes a good case for why I standardize and use the same two or three colors that I always match perfectly.You'll need to take note of the sheen (flat, eggshell, semigloss or glossy) of the paint too.

If you are doing flips, you may save some on the sell side, but there are plenty of flat rate realtors you can work with that offsets that benefit to me.If I were to get a realtor license, it would be purely to be able to go see other houses more freely.
