I am not at mentor status but I actually live in Mont Belvieu and would be willing to meet up or email or talk on the phone to help answer any questions you might have if I can. 

Anyway to keep this post shorter I met with him and he gave me some great information and at the time I was actually transferring to central Wisconsin and he had a friend from the area, Derek Dombeck, so from there I got his contact info and when I transferred the following semester I got ahold of Derek and during that first phone call of talking with him he offered if I wanted to attend a REIA that he was hosting 2 hours away.

And this means that when you sign that invoice for the plumbing work, you can pop it open on your Android or Apple phone and enter it right there without worrying about forgetting to do it later. 

My agent asked what the app was on my phone.

If I see one, I will reply with the phone number off of the sign.

I would certainly of had my insurance company on the phone to get a binder # before I handed over the cashiers check.Not saying that this is the case, but it seems eerily like a former owner was trying to have vengeance on the bank...  

An educated buyer doesn't need them, and an uneducated buyer is going to misinterpret all the write offs people use against their properties like mileage, cell phones or whatever other business expenses whether legitimate or not people assign to their business.
