Hi BP Community,I am turning over a now vacant Semi-Detached Row home in Dundalk (Baltimore County) and am dealing with a nightmare neighbor.

I ran a property today for a friend on a $138,000 house, and here's what the numbers wound up as:Owner-occupied: $1,035.26 or $86.25/moNon Owner-occupied: $4,376.69 or $364/moHere's another I pulled today, same county but different school district, and the actual tax bill so you can see how it's calculated.

Fairfield county is hard to find anything in, but if you go further north into Litchfield or further east into New Haven / Hartford, I'm sure you could find more bang for your buck.

Based on that price point / unit count I assume you are correct in that you're looking a C range property.
