Most of the GIS available to investors is through free web applications and county GIS pages, but these are incredibly lite versions of the software (ESRI) used in our industry.

I've also found that while two different counties may use the same software - they may not have the same features enabled.I've found that a Google search for "<county name> appraisal district" will often get you to the right county web site.  

You also need to run the LLC and other entities correctly if you want to believe that it will not be set aside in court.Hire a good RE lawyer to advise you rather than just fill out forms on the web.

Just do a inter web search for Arizona Registered Agent Service and make a few calls. 

I'm not sure if the rest of the country is like this, but towns in Connecticut have web-based GIS explorers, but very little ability to manipulate and query the data.

Proof of an LLC (state web site search) or business license along with 2 months deposits in a business account would suffice for me.
