So a little different post but my family and I will likely relocate from SLC UT to the Knoxville area this summer and we need a place to live.We're looking for any recommendations for real estate agents or flippers with projects wrapping up around July/August.We'd like to be outside of Knoxville but near shopping, schools, etc.Thanks for any help or leads you might have!

My husband and I own a few rental properties in the Boise, Idaho area and we are planning to sell one soon, so I have decided to go to real estate school and become an agent.  

My land fronts one of the main roads and is close to everything the town has to offer; school, store, convenience stations, etc.

I currentlh work for a vocational school as a employment specailist.

What are the schools like on Zillow?

This was only my second year filing and I wasn't schooled yet on reporting everything on the 8825 so I ended up having to file two amendments before I could even start my personal return.  

My situation: I'm currently in school, no job.

I am looking to move out of the downtown area and buy into a better school district - where the homes are also less expensive to buy/rent. 

Lots of suburbia with good schools, low crime and family oriented.

With having young children please before you go consider schools and crime rates.
