Make sure you are accounting for both if the property is in NY.It would be with phoning the individual utilities just to confirm the numbers the owner is giving you. $1010 seems like a nice round per unit cost.

I much prefer the wifi cameras (but you do have to get internet service) as they have motion detection that will send me an alert whenever the motion is broken and I can then pull up video and audio on my cell phone.
