As a President of a HOA, we had an owner spray (which heats the unit up) to remove them after they determined they had them.

When asked how this budget change came about from the tighter budget position @Ned Carey  mentioned, the reply was, It is an election year.  

Anyway, this year we did a couple of projects for a guy who is the son-in-law of the president of oakwood homes.

How did you elect to deal with the situation?

If you pick up a shovel and go dig ditches for clients as the sole employee you are 100% of the business.If you grow that business into a company of 100 ditch diggers, 3 crew leaders, 1 salesman, 2 office staff, and a CEO or president, you've removed yourself from the daily operations of the business.Like many concepts, reality and concepts don't always meet.

This will all depend on how the housing market reacts to the eventual increase in interest rates - maybe in the next couple of years or as soon as after the election.  

Have done many transactions with wealthy families that use this election. 

It was hard for me to get all up in arms about lead paint because as kids my brother and I were elected to sand off the old paint and put on the new in several houses.
