An example I can give is where Im from, there is a shortage of hotels but basically no bank can finance anymore because we have all hit our concentration limits so we can't do the deal despite the fact that they would be very profitable and there is a huge demand for them.

@Ashley Sliwa that's kind of an open term, but we structure purchase money mortgages on several properties a year...just acquired a hotel we're renovating for a B&B through purchase money mortgage...not a fan of banks if we can avoid them.
