The best advice I can give is make sure everything is on the table and understood up front.

Well after they were there for a couple hours they told us that the 65" TV in the living room was dead, the directv boxes were dead, the xbox was dead, the internet is dead, and the virtual pinball table boots up but the buttons don't work.

There are enough moving parts on closing day, it helps to have an attorney to review everything is correct at the closing table.
