From your experience, is there a seasoning period to cash-out refinance into a conventional mortgage with this method?

If you’ve been at it a while you end up running through most scenarios in real estate investing.Single family rentalMultifamily rentalFix and FlipAnd the alternative methods to acquire the assetOPM- Other people’s money (partnering)Owner financedNo money downI am sure there are strong arguments for each camp as investors have been successful in each and many have done all three.

I am looking to purchase a STR soon, and I'll probably incorporate all 3 methods to get the most exposure. 

I am also looking to use Turnkey  company or whatever method is recommending to do OOS investment in Colombus, Ohio or Milwaukee or IN.

thanks again Oh ,  also this is not on the same subject and I know lots have different methods.. but if you do it yourself.. what software do you like best to help with your check in , check out emails etc… also help with your cash flow, expenses to keep track of that…lodgify?

Even without a checking account he could use a credit card to pay through one of those methods or just set up a PayPal account and deposit money there.
