Put Realtor, Builder and anyone else you have written correspondence with that promised you it would be fixed. 

Make sure they put it in writing, lots of promises made but not kept in real estate.

If people don't have the money to pay you back, it isn't worth the 8% to 10% (promise) of return.

I just read on these forums of this agent/investor who wasnt experienced and got hit with wire fraud and wired all his funds out of the country mid transaction because he wasnt familiar that his wiring instructions he received were fake.

They promise they'll pay it, but they run away.I contacted the construction company to understand what was going on and I offered to pay them out of my rental income until we managed to extract the money from the intermediary.

Prolonged unemployment will promise home loss.As for flippers, if the homes do not have rapid appreciation the profit made if any is not worth the effort.

I have checked into a several based on a google search, but the reviews are deeply mixed and I can't tell fake ones from real ones.I think getting recommendations from other investors with property in Hoboken is the best way to go. 

I already have a promising lead to fill his space by April 1st of 2019, though I’d like to get someone in there sooner.

So after several months of promising me $20/month I sent it to collections BUT I included all the damages ($2,500).

The issue im having is that the area isn't very promising although the cash flow is good ( 1200$) , the quality of tenants that are attracted to this area is very low.
