I went door knocking and struck up a deal with the owners...the President of my real estate club had a HUGE database of investors and he found a buyer for the property..He also helped me with paperwork, and all the "little stuff along the way"..In return, I split the deal with him 50/50...We each made $14,000 & I walked away with one hell of a free education.
