We would sell both houses here and free up approx $850-$900k to invest in Houston.

Here’s why it’s got me interested:1.

I'm going to ride it out here for a bit on Avail because of the features I mentioned and their excellent customer service, but not driving tenants to my listings could result in thousands of dollars being left on the table. 

This can include opening some walls here and there so the inspector can check if everything is built to code, then you repair or tear down depending on what they find. 

I'd get out of existing and break into new construction. if you want to come down to miami I can help you here to haha 

What's the best course of action here?

I personally like NC, but I am biased, I live here.
