Either way, IMO, the best pool for a SFD rental is one filled with dirt.Liability, maintenance and the market (with the exception of CA and FA, I would think,) the rental market would not require a pool to be competitive, an apt. complex is another issue as it is almost an expected amenity.

I have a rental house that is high end and priced competitively for the neighborhood/sq. footage.
