In the next few months I plan on updating my kitchen by refacing my cabinets, putting in a new countertop, and buying new appliances (need to install dishwasher as there is currently not one).  

Asking price is $29k and it needs "about" $25k in repairs, which can be purchased along with the property.The repairs include all new entry doors, new PEX plumbing, new vinyl windows, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, electrical upgrades with new fixtures, new toilets, new tubs, new vanities, painting, drywall work, new vinyl tile in kitchens and baths, and new carpet.

He is also a cabinet guy so I think i'll be offering him the opportunity to finish some work on the house too...he did build out the kitchen himself, used to work for my father in law, and does good work.

All new appliances and the kitchen may have new cabinets.

Some company apparently 'repossessed' the kitchen cabinets when he couldn't pay for them, so I'm guessing there may be some other liens to be concerned about.
