I would make a site visit to where they live now and see how they treat the current property.

This will make investing in midwest fairly simple.

Would love to chat with anyone still using this software as I know since the new 10DLC requirements a lot of people have stopped using SMS.

All those things factor into this arena though.

I have a duplex where the plumbing was getting backed up.Had a plumber go out there and put a camera in the lines and turns out there are roots growing into the plumbing from a nearby tree.The quote to rip out and replace the plumbing was a staggering number.My thought is to cut down the tree to stop the growing and then eventually put the liner in the plumbing.Any experience with this?

Search on this forum and you can see the buffer contingency numbers which people how have invested and got burnt come out with and maybe use  a median to calculate based on that:)

This makes zero sense - sorry to come across as a jerk but this makes absolutely no sense and where did you get the advice to do this?
