Towel bars always got loose or broke off. 

At that price, there was a chance that I could have sold it and at least broke even if things went south on me.My point is, I don't buy anything based on what someone else tells me they think it's worth. 

The vast majority of landlords never get sued, this is especially true for broke landlords that don't have any money.

People are big boys and girls in the world and every wholesale deal I've done came with consequences if I didn't perform.

This isn't the only thing that my PM has done to rub me the wrong way but it was the straw that broke the camels back.
