Did you use any sort of finance software (like quickbooks et al) to keep track of everything for taxes?

Yes there are syndicated deals for AL with Memory Care (usually added on) but majority are 506C and require you to be accredited. 

I have been looking alot in the Ohio market like i was saying and also in alabama but nothing I feel 100% about yet.
