This is of particular concern given that the building has only one elevator of medium size with limited air recycle/ventilarion.

Spent 10 years 9 months enlisted was a terminal attack controller attached to the army (but I was an Air Force guy).  

This room was once a 2 car garage but was completely enclosed at some point, windows were added, closets, and doors to the outside and central air piped in.

Just curios how hard it would be to find a cash buyer if the house that never had AC unit and air ducts installed, build in 1950.

We've been a little bit of everywhere between the Air Force and my software job so it's super nice to be back living the life of mountain scenery.

Now, I get to reduce my annual income projection by $2400 per year, or $24,000 in the next 10 years.One tenant already moved out and the apartment needs a new bathtub, flooring, refrigerator, painting, air conditioner, electric wiring for the air conditioner, new bathroom fan and a little more.

But I'd also say that historical rhetoric doesn't really apply in the current time because we really are in an unprecedented time.In the last 14 months alone, we've literally created $6T out of thin air.
