I have spoken with a couple of lenders about a cash-out REFI based on the home value- we believe the home is valued b/w $60-70k based on what it sold for under an FHA just 3 years ago and what it listed for a year before that.

You can also use alcohol....mix in a spray bottle and buy a ton of rags ... this is much better for the environment and most folks have bleach or alcohol https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/b...I carry around foam soap and a bottle of water to wash my hands everytime i get out of my car.

Seeing as there is no real end in sight or confidence in the market, the early 401k withdrawal is intriguing.We currently own 10 SFH properties (5 notes each) in B+ neighborhoods in MO and OH, and we are considering taking the 200k from the stable value and picking up some similar homes once the dust settles and opportunity arises.Thoughts?
