Sewer can be more of an issue since you have to make sure you have the proper angles for efficient waste flow. 

Then you also have 18 inch wide DW but when you account for the sides you end up with only like 12 inches width on the interior. 

My RE agent had a different answer than the Title Company, and there are other angles on it here. 

(it has the family with kids angle looking to grow a family in your neighborhood...).
