I paid the registration fees when I purchased the property and I though the registration was good for a year from the date of filing. 

My file was handed to another accountant and she is saying that I will not qualify because my full-time job does not count toward the hours needed by the IRS since I have no ownership.Since I am getting conflicting information, I read everything I could find on the subject online, and have to admit I am still a little confused.

So normally, if the old property was in an LLC the new property needs to be in the same LLC.However, if that LLC only has one member and it chooses to be taxed as a sole proprietor then it doesn't file a tax return.

Unfortunately had to file an auto claim with Geico when another car hit me and the whole process was simple with no games.  

I would file even if there is no activity.
