They may not believe that your daughter has actually lived with you.We've seen a spike in rental application fraud, the biggest issue being residency fraud.Applicants are claiming they live with family/friends to hide their true landlord whom they haven't made payments to in months with eviction moratorium.

It's extremely common for people to say their credit score is in the tank because of a divorce and that's partially true but nobody goes from 750 to a 550 without some serious problems and I'm not going to accept the divorce excuse.
