I signed a contract to buy a home in  July all papers are signed bank is ready lawyer has my deposit,the closing was supposed to be August 21st now I find out there is a pre-foreclosure on the house and the person don't want to move out what can I do

My husband and I are getting everything ready  to jump into REI and we are deciding between buy and hold and flipping.   

Both properties are empty and ready for new owner and tenants.

When your ready to expand.If you know you want to keep going and your ready for the challenges.

As a new investor, look for something easy, something that will give you much more certainty of how much $$ to put into it to get it rent-ready.

I don’t think I’m getting an amazing deal but ready to move out and get the landlord experience under my belt plus move into a nice home with my wife.

If you've got all that then you'r 1031 is ready for your accountant.
