Note, this only works if you have a surplus... otherwise you're just pulling equity back out to pay your bills and going backwardsRegarding the interest rate difference- if you only transfer the amount of your monthly income, then you don't have to worry about paying the higher interest rate on more HELOC balance than necessary.
