I just moved to a small town in Missouri. 

Nazareth is certainly not a destination town so I'm curious if any of fellow BP members from the area have employed a str strategy and to what degree of success.

Thanks to COVID-19, I spent two weeks in “Q-Town” in Qatar quarantining before continuing on to Bagram Airfield.

He also shared that between legal/town/county fees I'd probably be looking at max $5000 to evict. 

Talking to my lender, she said that she has done mortgages on tons of floodplain homes (many older parts of the small towns along Missouri River here NW of Kansas City).
