Rob Grove you can contact the owner prior to the foreclosure auction or go to the auction and bid.Most large banks won't deal directly with individuals once they foreclose on it, until they list it with an agent or online website.

Wrote down the addresses and looked them up on the county website but can't seem to get a hold of their current info.

All you have to do is find preforeclosures at the local courthouse, newpapers or even lawyers have website.

I'm brand new to this as well but you need to run the numbers on an apod form or the calculator on this website.  

Do I need to have a complete website set up with my company name, business cards, bandit signs, postcards etc.
