@Parker Smith maybe it’s because I’m rather new too, but it’s tough to get a contractor to show you any mind until you actually have potential work for them

@Manar Naboulsi it’s going to be tough to find a triplex for 500k in the Metro area unless it’s seriously beat.

Usually splitting a duct system is tough, depending on how it's configured.

New construction is tough to make work unless there is in place rent proving it will work. 

The trust factor is another topic that seems like it may be tough to navigate, even beyond just buying from someone.

We've been looking at more straightforward deals and are having a tough time. 

Aditionally your 1099 workers can qualify themselves.

It is very tough to extract all of the investment.  

That can be tough because as I wrote above, you weren't party to the mortgage or the foreclosure so you don't know anything about it. 

Having a toddler it's tough to make time to sit through them all plus I have the complete set which they keep adding materials to-but it's lifetime access and they keep the videos updated.
