The North End and Pottsgrove would be better options in Montgomery County...but maybe it's because I lived there for so long and didn't exactly enjoy it (happy to elaborate more in PM)... but I wouldn't touch anything Pottstown with a 10 foot poll.

All water is off, all gas if off, there is a huge drip pan underneath the tank which carries the water to an outside drain on the side of my home.I'm pretty much afraid to touch the tank and go into the attic.

Every time we turn over an apartment, we have to refresh it (cleaning, touch up paint at the least, minor repairs at the least), and usually have a month of vacancy, plus the work of showing it.
