@David Lee I hear some people say that, and am not a lawyer, but to me it really seems like calls anything off-market people on here are dealing with would meet the definition of telephone solicitation that is laid out. 

Mine gave them to me, in theory.

It's all mystery to me as the listing agent don't pick up the phone.

Then his advice to me was to never use OPM on a fix and flip and that I should save money and purchase with my own cash. 

You kick serious butt for spending time to reply to me.

The pros to me certainly outweighs the cons, and it seems that anyone who wants to take this full time, which is what I am going to do, had mightiest well get it sooner rather than later.With all that said, which is the best avenue to go when getting your license in WV?
